Villa Peace is a spacious and tranquil house located in the quiet parish of Pêra, ideal for those seeking comfort and peace just a few minutes by car from the beaches and main attractions of the Algarve.
On the ground floor, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with two individual sofa beds and an elegant dining room. There is also a twin bedroom, a common bathroom with a bathtub, and a twin suite with a private bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a suite with a double bed and shower, a twin bedroom, and a common bathroom with a shower.
The exterior is equally charming, with a large barbecue area and outdoor dining table, perfect for family and friends moments. The private pool, surrounded by green areas, invites relaxation and Algarve sunshine. The property also offers private parking for up to 5 cars.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
Price for up to 8 guests
From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only € 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
