Description

The Villa Sunset is a charming 3-bedroom house with sea views, located 7 minutes by car from Carvoeiro. With a private pool, near the beach and a golf course, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.
The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, except one double room.
On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living/dining room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious terrace offers outdoor dining with stunning views of the sea and mountains.
The lower floor houses the 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms, one en-suite, and 1 twin en-suite), with direct access to the pool and garden. The pool can be heated as an optional extra and is surrounded by a wall and hedge for greater privacy. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, a swing bench, and a dining area with a barbecue.
Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, Villa Sunset is 3 km from the centre of Carvoeiro, with restaurants and bars nearby. Vale do Milho Golf Course is a 4-minute drive away, and Vale de Centeanes Beach is just 5 minutes away.
Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added benefit for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 6 people.
The 7th person will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

The location is great, close to Carvoeiro but in a quiet area, offering the perfect combination of tranquility and easy access to restaurants and beaches. The private pool and garden were perfect for relaxation. We loved the outdoor dining area and BBQ. The villa itself was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony is simply stunning! We’ll definitely return.

The BBQ and outdoor dining area were great for al fresco meals. The villa is also conveniently located, with Carvoeiro just a short drive away. The house was impressive. Good bedrooms, 2 with suite, 1 extra bathroom. Pool was very good, always managed and cleaned durring stay. Very quiet zone, near to supermarkets and inumerous beaches (Carvoeiro, Marinha, Carvalho, Vila de Centiaes, etc). 5see more

I have also to mention the incredible hospitality from the staff. From the moment we booked our stay, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. They provided us with plenty of recommendations for things to see and do in the area, and their warmth and friendliness made us feel truly welcome. |
