Located in Carvoeiro, one of the best areas in the Algarve and just minutes from stunning beaches, Villa Renaissance is a magnificent property with 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
On the ground floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed, all with air conditioning. This floor also includes a kitchen with all utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals, which can be enjoyed indoors or outside.
The open-plan dining and living room creates a cosy atmosphere, with a large dining table and comfortable sofas for relaxing. There are 2 bathrooms on this level, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, there’s an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.
Outside, the pool (heatable as an optional extra from 28/06/2025) is surrounded by sun loungers and invites you to relax under the Algarve sun. There are also 2 outdoor dining areas and a barbecue for al fresco meals.
The property offers parking for up to 4 cars. Come experience the best of the Algarve at Villa Renaissance, the perfect setting for your next holiday.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
Prices for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

We especially loved the pool and outdoor dining areas, perfect for warm Algarve evenings. The villa is close to the beach and other attractions, making it a great base for exploring. Would definitely book again!
