Villa Santa Rosa is a spacious and inviting property, perfect for family holidays, group stays, retreats, or unforgettable moments with good company. With a capacity for up to 36 guests, it offers comfort, privacy, and all the amenities needed for a memorable stay in the Algarve.
The property has been recently redecorated and newly furnished, providing a modern and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
Spread across the ground floor, first floor, and lower level, the villa features 7 bedrooms with various accommodation options, including double beds, bunk beds, and sofa beds – ideal for large families and groups. The bright and spacious living room is furnished with multiple sofas, perfect for socialising and relaxing.
Outside, in addition to a heatable swimming pool (available at an extra cost), guests can enjoy a private spa area equipped with two jacuzzis, a sauna, and an ice bath – the perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The villa also offers a snooker table, ping pong table, and a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining and group fun. The outdoor area also features sunbathing spaces in a peaceful and private setting, with a portable speaker available to enhance your leisure time with music.

Villa Santa Rosa is designed to provide comfort and entertainment all year round, with something for all ages: home cinema with a large Smart 4K TV and Apple TV, PS5, Nintendo Switch OLED, Bose sound system, and a wide range of family board games including UNO, Jenga, Monopoly, and more.
Located in a peaceful area with easy access to the region’s main attractions, Villa Santa Rosa combines generous space, a warm atmosphere, and fantastic leisure facilities for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
Price for up to 26 guests
From the 27th to the 35th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only € 105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

We had the most incredible week at Villa Santa Rosa. The house is huge, beautifully decorated and feels completely brand new. It’s clear that a lot of care went into setting everything up, from the soft furnishings to the entertainment options.

We had the most incredible week at Villa Santa Rosa. The house is huge, beautifully decorated and feels completely brand new. It’s clear that a lot of care went into setting everything up, from the soft furnishings to the entertainment options.
We were a group of 20 and everyone had space to relax, whether in the bright living room, the pool area or the amazing spa zone. The heated pool was definitely worth it, and having two jacuzzis, a sauna and even an ice bath made it feel like a proper wellness retreat. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the layout of the house worked really well for a big group. We also had a great time playing snooker, table tennis and using the PlayStation and board games inside. The location is peaceful, but central enough to explore the Algarve easily. Honestly, it felt like a private hotel just for us, can’t wait to return! |

The downstairs bunk room was a hit with the kids, and the pool area is very safe and private. The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and sun terrace — great spots to unwind.
There’s lots of space both indoors and outdoors, and the villa is equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay, including laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. The beach and Armação de Pêra town centre are just a short drive away. All in all, a great family-friendly villa with luxury touches — we didn’t want to leave! |

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Santa Rosa. The villa is stylish, clean, and very well maintained. Each floor offers something different, we especially loved the sea-view terrace and the private pool, which we had heated for maximum comfort.

The bedrooms are spacious, and having so many en-suites made things much easier with a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the dining/living area, so it's very sociable. We also appreciated the peaceful location — it’s far enough from the tourist noise, yet everything is just a short drive away. Would definitely return! |

We stayed at Villa Santa Rosa with our extended family, 12 adults and 6 kids, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is huge and well laid out across three levels, so everyone had their own space and privacy. The kids loved the downstairs bunk roomsee more
We stayed at Villa Santa Rosa with our extended family, 12 adults and 6 kids, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is huge and well laid out across three levels, so everyone had their own space and privacy. The kids loved the downstairs bunk room, and the adults appreciated the en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed cooking and eating together in the spacious dining area.
The outdoor area is a dream, the heated pool was worth the extra cost, and the jacuzzi was a lovely bonus for relaxing in the evenings. We also had some great BBQ nights. The location is quiet but close to beaches and shops, just a few minutes by car. Highly recommend for large groups looking for comfort and convenience. |
