Villa Santa Rosa is a spacious and welcoming property, perfect for family holidays, group stays, retreats, or unforgettable moments in great company. With capacity for up to 36 guests, it offers comfort, privacy, and all the amenities needed for a memorable stay in the Algarve.
Spread across the ground floor, first floor, and lower level, the villa features 7 bedrooms with various sleeping options, including double beds, bunk beds, and sofa beds – ideal for accommodating large families and groups. The bright and spacious living room is furnished with multiple sofas, perfect for socialising and relaxing.
Outdoors, in addition to the heatable swimming pool (available at an extra cost), guests can enjoy a private spa area equipped with two jacuzzis, a sauna, and a refreshing ice bath – perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The villa also includes a snooker table, ping pong table, and BBQ area, ideal for entertainment and outdoor dining. The exterior space also offers areas for sunbathing in a calm and private setting.
Located in a peaceful area with easy access to the region’s main attractions, Villa Santa Rosa combines generous space, a warm atmosphere, and excellent leisure facilities for an unforgettable Algarve getaway.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: €400 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
Prices for up to 24 people.
From the 25th to the 36th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

We stayed at Villa Santa Rosa with our extended family, 12 adults and 6 kids, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is huge and well laid out across three levels, so everyone had their own space and privacy. The kids loved the downstairs bunk roomsee more
We stayed at Villa Santa Rosa with our extended family, 12 adults and 6 kids, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is huge and well laid out across three levels, so everyone had their own space and privacy. The kids loved the downstairs bunk room, and the adults appreciated the en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed cooking and eating together in the spacious dining area.
The outdoor area is a dream, the heated pool was worth the extra cost, and the jacuzzi was a lovely bonus for relaxing in the evenings. We also had some great BBQ nights. The location is quiet but close to beaches and shops, just a few minutes by car. Highly recommend for large groups looking for comfort and convenience. |
