Villa Imagine is a wonderful and spacious 3 bedroom Villa, sleeping upt to 6+4 people, affording a prime location in Armação de Pêra. Located just 950m from the beach, with sea views and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and some of the Algarve's best beaches, this impressive holiday home with private heatable swimming pool is the best choice for families looking to spend quality time together in the Algarve.

This fantastic villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views, a second double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with balconies. There is also a second bathroom on this floor.

On the ground floor is the entrance to the Villa and the main living and dining areas with plenty of space for the whole family. The incredibly wide living space has plenty of sunlight and glass doors with direct access to the swimming pool and garden, a spacious and comfortable large sofa and dining table, TV with international channels and air conditioning.

The spacious open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment necessary for home cooking, and plenty of storage space. There is also an additional bathroom on the ground floor.

Outdoors you’ll find the swimming pool, heatable as an optional extra, and plenty of sun loungers on which to soak up the sun, as well as grassy areas for children to play. On one end of the garden you can find the brick built barbeque and sink, perfect for preparing delicious meals.
The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance area.

On the lower level there is also a large living area with a sofa and the pool table, as well as a child size table for small children to play games. There is a guest toilet on the lower floor.

Villa Imagine provides Air Conditioning and free Wifi.

The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra are only a 10 to 15 minute walk down the road.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.


The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: € 250 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.

Prices up to 6 people.
• From the 7th to 10th persons an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

VAT included in the accommodation price.

Pets not allowed.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
