Villa Bonita Brenda is a brand new and very spacious 6-bedroom villa, with a large heatable swimming pool, jacuzzi, 7 bathrooms, and more. Affording a prime location in Armação de Pera with breathtaking sea views and only 400m from the best golden sandy beaches, this spectacular villa, built, furnished and decorated to the highest of standards throughout, will ensure a luxuriously relaxing holiday in the sun.

The property has 6 bedrooms and is ideally suited for large families or for several families holidaying together. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor as well as a separate bathroom and guest toilet, while another twin bedroom and separate bathroom are located on the lower floor. On the first floor are the remaining bedrooms: 1 twin room and 3 double bedrooms, as well as 3 en-suite bathrooms and an additional bathroom. The first floor also has access to 2 balconies with outdoor furniture where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a cold drink.

At villa Bonita Brenda you have free Wi-fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms.

The games room is located on the lower floor, with comfortable sofas, darts, table tennis, table football and snooker providing hours of entertainment. There is also a laundry room.

On the ground floor are the main living and dining areas which are bright and modern, with wonderful views out to the swimming pool and even access to the pool from the living room! Comfortable sofas and a TV, invite you to relax indoors and a spacious dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen, allow you to enjoy family meals in this holiday home.

Large windows bring the outdoor views of the terrace and swimming pool in, while sliding doors allow you access to these areas.

Outside, a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to cool off from the Algarve heat, relax on sun loungers around the pool and at the end of the day, the jacuzzi is available (as an optional extra) to warm up in the evenings. There is also a portable barbeque, ideal for preparing meals to be enjoyed on the terrace.

The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pera are only an 8-minute walk down the road. Car hire is not necessary, just if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided in the garage.


The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €400 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.

Prices up to 12 people.
• The 13th to 20th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
