Description

Villa San Marino is a wonderful single-story villa, bright and spacious, with 4 bedrooms, a private infinity pool that can be heated, and stunning gardens. With a terrace on the top floor, the villa offers excellent options for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, the villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms (3 with showers and 1 with bathtub and shower). There is also an additional guest toilet.
The kitchen and living room are open-plan, with a formal dining area and a view of the games room with a billiards table and ping-pong. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a separate laundry room.
The infinity pool is one of the villa's highlights, with sun loungers and two outdoor dining areas, accessible from the kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. Pool heating is optional.
Located in Alvor, the villa is 3.5 km from the golden sandy beach and near the Alvor Natural Reserve. Alto Golf is 1.5 km away. Alvor offers good restaurants and lively nightlife.
Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €400 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

When you book, there are various additional options for you - ie food hamper, heated pool, airport transfer, car hire, boat trips etc. We decided on a private boat trip and are glad we did - excellent value and very enjoyable. When booking is confirmed, you are sent a very handy list of nearby amenities / places of interest etc. In Alvor, there are loads of lovely restaurants and a fairly large tour
