Villa Treasure Beach is a modern 4-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi, located in the heart of Albufeira Marina. Just a 5-minute drive from the most beautiful golden beaches of "Peneco" and "São Rafael", this villa is the idyllic setting for a family or friends' holiday, featuring a private pool and a games room on the lower floor with a ping-pong table and an elliptical machine to stay in shape.
The property has 1 double bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with single beds on the upper floor, with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the Marina. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and kettle.
The spacious and bright living/dining room has air conditioning, comfortable sofas, and satellite TV. Sliding doors provide access to the exterior pool area where you will find sun loungers to relax and enjoy the magnificent Algarve sun.
In the outdoor space, you will also find a traditional Algarve barbecue that will allow you to prepare delicious meals.
Located in the beautiful Albufeira Marina where there are several cafés, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, a short car trip (20 minutes walking) from this property you will find the charming old town along Fisherman's Beach and Albufeira Strip, with quality restaurants, bars, shops, and lively nightlife.
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
