Villa São Paulo is a superb villa located in the lovely complex of Jacaranda villas, in the heart of Oura, Albufeira. With an unbeatable location, this villa is ideal for family or friends looking to relax, car-free in the heart of the city.

The villa, with free Wi-Fi, has 3 bedrooms (two with 2 twin beds and air-conditioning and 1 bedroom being a studio room which can be used as a large, spacious open bedroom/relaxing area) and 2 bathrooms (one an en-suite) with a walk-in shower. The living / dining room is cosy and comfortable with 2 sofas (sleeping +3 for an additional rental amount), dining table and chairs. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and is fully equipped including a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishes and utensils.

Outside, the walled property has an outdoor dining area, with a brick-built barbeque, where you can enjoy al fresco summer meals and steps away is the south facing swimming pool terrace, perfect for refreshing dives and soaking up the sun.

This wonderful villa benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia da Oura is the closest) and shops, bars and restaurants within close walking distance, in the lively Oura area. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).


The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)

Breakage Deposit Groups: €130 per person (payable by credit card only)

Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amount.

Prices up to 6 people.
The 7th to 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. double sofa bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

VAT included in the accommodation price.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
