Villa Royal Sandals is a wonderful traditional villa, with a large pool (heatable as an optional extra) and a charming garden, located in a tranquil area near Santa Eulália. Situated a short distance from all amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops, and beach, this excellent villa is perfectly located to make the most of your holiday in Albufeira with family or friends.
This property has 3 bedrooms with single beds and 1 double bedroom (couple), accommodating 8 + 2 people, plus 3 bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room.
The living room doors provide access to the charming garden and pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun and enjoy outdoor meals prepared on the barbecue.
Villa Royal Sandals is located on a quiet street in the lively Santa Eulália area. Ideal for family groups or friends, it is a short walk from all nearby amenities, including a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. The beach (Santa Eulália) is about 15 minutes walking (5 minutes by car), as well as the Albufeira Strip. The Old Town is just 8 minutes by car.
There is no need to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if necessary.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
