CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Algarve Vacation and our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property.
Villa Paradise is a wonderfully spacious 5-bedroom holiday home with a private heatable swimming pool (pool heating available as an optional extra), smaller pool for children and marvellous country views. Located in a quiet residential area just a short drive from the town of Guia and from stunning beaches such as Salgados, Lourenco or São Rafael, Villa Paradise is the perfect spot from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve.
This remarkable villa with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, has 5 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with balconies and en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor, as well as 2 additional bathrooms.
The kitchen is extremely spacious, with plenty of counter space and fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
A light and cosy living / dining space provides a large dining table, spacious and comfortable seating and satellite TV. Patio doors allow direct access to the pool terrace with an outdoor dining area and brick barbeque by the swimming pool.
Villa Paradise has a superb swimming pool (with pool heating as an optional extra), a smaller children’s swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds for lounging in the summer sun. A ping-pong table is also provided for additional entertainment in between refreshing dips in the pool.
The property is located near the charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (spicy chicken), banks and pastry shops, as well as the Algarve Shopping centre, one of the largest in the region, just a short drive away.
A quality supermarket, pubs and restaurants (including one with 2 Michelin stars), the Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a 10-minute drive.
Other beautiful beaches like Salgados, Lourenco or São Rafael, just to name a few, are located within a short drive.
Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 10-minute drive.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
Breakage Deposit Groups: €300 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts
Prices up to 10 people.
The 11th and 12th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

We loved the villa, very spacious with 2 big balconies on the first floor. In the ground floor, there is a huge living room and (our favourite) a table outdoors for a meal by the swimming pool. The kitchen is modern too. There is free parking in the see more
We loved the villa, very spacious with 2 big balconies on the first floor. In the ground floor, there is a huge living room and (our favourite) a table outdoors for a meal by the swimming pool. The kitchen is modern too. There is free parking in the street and you are 2 minutes away from a big shopping centre. The swimming pools were great and clean. The house was very clean and so were the towels and linen.
it is in a quiet area and all rooms are huge! There is AC in the rooms |
