Description
CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Algarve Vacation and our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property.
Villa La Romana is a fantastic villa with traditional Algarve style, set in the idyllic area of Sesmarias, Galé. Located just a 15-minute walk from both the nearest beach and from the town of Galé with excellent restaurants and bars, this 3-bedroom villa with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning is the perfect setting for your holiday in the sun.
The property has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (with a shared balcony and wonderful views), as well as 1 bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor, both the 3rd bedroom (double) and the comfortable living / dining room have large sliding doors with shutters that lead directly out to the inviting pool area. Also, on the ground floor, are an additional bathroom and the kitchen, fully equipped for home cooking.
Outside, a wonderful garden, private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and sun loungers invite you to relax in the warm Algarve sun, while the traditional Algarvean barbeque and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting to enjoy al-fresco summer meals and drinks while admiring the magnificent sunsets.
The property is in a quiet area near Galé, Albufeira and there are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, within a short walk (within 10 minutes). Also, within a short walk (about 15 minutes), are the beautiful beaches of Castelo / Coelha / Evaristo. The beach town of Galé is a 15-minute walk away where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops and Albufeira is about a 10-minute drive away. The largest shopping centre in the area, Algarve Shopping (in Guia) is about a 10-minute drive away.
Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 6 people.
• The 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
