Welcome to the stunning Villa Dubai, located a short distance from the center of Albufeira.
The ground floor features a kitchen with an adjacent dining area, perfect for culinary delights and meals. Beside it, you will find a generously sized living and dining room. Completing this floor, there is a charming double bedroom and a conveniently located bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and ease for guests.
Ascending to the first floor, you will discover a luxurious double bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony with panoramic views. Additionally, guests will find a cozy twin room, a spacious double room, and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, ensuring a tranquil and indulgent stay for each guest.
The annex offers additional space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom/living room with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower base. Enjoy the inviting heated pool (optional extra) and the outdoor area equipped with sun loungers for maximum relaxation. The barbecue area is perfect for outdoor meals and entertainment.
Do not miss the opportunity to experience fantastic holidays in this exquisite property. Parking space for up to 3/4 vehicles is also available for your convenience.
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 12 people.
From the 13th to the 16th person, an additional value will be charged that includes an extra bed (only €140 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
