Villa Del Pescador is a stunning fully reconstructed and renovated property, located just 200 metres from the famous Pescadores beach in Albufeira. With an enviable location, near restaurants, shops, and all amenities, this villa offers the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and proximity to the sea.
With 3 well-distributed bedrooms, the property provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. The master bedroom is a double suite with an incredible sea view. The second double room and the third twin room have direct access to the pool, creating a unique atmosphere of tranquillity. Additionally, the house has a common bathroom.
The living and dining area is spacious and features a terrace with sea views, perfect for social moments. The modern kitchen, also with sea views, is fully equipped to ensure maximum comfort.
Outdoors, the villa has a private, heatable pool (optional extra), an outdoor shower, and a support toilet for added comfort. The exterior areas were designed to provide unforgettable moments under the Algarve sun.
With air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the property, Villa Del Pescador is the ideal choice for those seeking unforgettable beach holidays without compromising on luxury and convenience.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: €180 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
Prices for up to 6 people.
From the 7th to the 9th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and close to everything. The highlight for us was the outdoor space: a lovely private pool, an outdoor shower, and a terrace with a view that made every meal special. It was great to have all the amenities we needed, including fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. An absolute gem in Albufeira. We can’t wait to return!

We loved waking up to the sea view from the master bedroom, and the kids really enjoyed having direct access to the pool from their rooms. The outdoor area was fantastic, with plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy alfresco dining. The Wi-Fi was strong, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. We will definitely be coming back!

The villa itself is beautifully designed, with breathtaking sea views from the master bedroom and the living area. The pool area was our favorite spot to unwind, and having the option to heat it was a great bonus. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this villa for an unforgettable holiday!
