Villa Costa Rica is a charming holiday villa, affording a prime location in Galé, with breathtaking sea views and only 300m from the best golden sandy beaches. This property has plenty of character with lovely interiors, an inviting outdoor area complete with a private heatable swimming pool and is the ideal escape for a relaxing break in the Algarve sun.

This beautiful 4-bedroom villa, with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, has 3 bedrooms on the first floor (1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms – 1 with a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms (both en-suite) and a spacious balcony with stunning views. The remaining twin bedroom is on the ground floor (with an en-suite bathroom), as well as an additional bathroom. There is also a dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dining table, dishes and utensils. The living room is cosy and comfortable with cable TV, DVD, stereo, and with direct access outdoors.

The property is completely walled and fenced with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance. The private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) is fenced and south facing, located at the front of the property. An exterior dining area and traditional Algarvian barbecue allow for summer meals to be enjoyed al-fresco.

Ideally located in the beach town of Galé, Villa Costa Rica is only a short walk away from a wide range of renowned restaurants, some of the Algarve's most beautiful sandy beaches where you can enjoy water sports activities and only a short drive away from an excellent golf course (Salgados Golf Course).

Albufeira, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Pescadores beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is also located within a 10-minute drive.


The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

• Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €200 per person.

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on total deposit/breakage amounts.

Prices up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

VAT included in the accommodation price.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
