Villa Casa das Dunas is a magnificent property, located in a privileged location, just minutes from Galé and Salgados beaches, with stunning sea views. The ideal refuge for family or friends' holidays.
The main villa includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, while the independent annex offers an additional 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Both units share an exceptional outdoor space with two private pools (optionally heatable), sun loungers, and barbecues.
In the main house, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms with double beds, one twin room, and one bunk bed room. All bathrooms have showers, except for one twin suite with a bathtub. The spacious living/dining room has direct access to the exterior, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped.
The annex, next to the large pool, is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is an en-suite double bedroom, a living/dining room, and an equipped kitchen. On the lower floor, there are two twin rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom.
The exterior features terraces, outdoor dining areas, and barbecues. The property also offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking.
Nearby, there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants – including one with 2 Michelin stars – and the Salgados Golf Course and Nature Reserve. Galé and São Rafael beaches are a short distance away. Albufeira is a 10-minute drive.
Car rental is not necessary, but if you wish, we will be happy to help with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers, if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's change day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. When pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5°C to 8°C higher than it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfers, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices for up to 16 people.
From the 17th to the 22nd guest, an additional fee will be charged that includes extra beds (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/children), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.

The villa location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach. You're just one step away. The Pool was heated and fab and the villa was spacious and clean. The communication since booking has been brilliant, all questions answered quickly and nosee more

Martin the rep was great to deal with, he was very helpful during the stay, gave us good tips about the Algarve and also booked us a boat tour and a land tour which was a spectacular experience. Overall I would defo re book great villa great staff thanks!
