Villa Alegria is a fantastic 5-bedroom holiday home located in a tranquil area of Olhos de Água, Albufeira. With a large private pool and jacuzzi, this spacious villa offers stunning views of the rural landscape and is just a 15-minute walk from beaches, bars, and restaurants.
The villa offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Adapted for guests with reduced mobility, it features a wheelchair ramp and accessible bathroom. It also has separate entrances, allowing greater privacy for those who wish to enjoy nightlife without disturbing other guests.
With 5 bedrooms - 3 double rooms (2 with private bathrooms) and 2 twin rooms - and 2 additional bathrooms, the villa offers comfort for everyone. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the barbecue and outdoor dining area, perfect for socialising. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable, with TV and access to a terrace overlooking the pool.
On the lower floor, fun is guaranteed with a games room equipped with pool table, foosball, darts, and ping-pong. The exterior of Villa Alegria includes a private pool and jacuzzi (optional heating and jacuzzi), well-maintained garden, and traditional Algarvian barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.
Located in a quiet area of Olhos d'Água, it is near a supermarket and various restaurants. Beaches are a 12-minute walk away, and Albufeira is a 10-minute drive.
Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organise transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €400 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 10 people.
From the 11th to the 14th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

We had another amazing week at this villa. From the initial booking stage right through to our departure, the team have been fabulous. Olivia and Karen were extremely helpful with booking additional services, i.e., airport transfers and excursions .see more

Olivia and Karen were extremely helpful with booking additional services, i.e., airport transfers and excursions . The driver who took us on our transfer to portimao for our boat trip was also extremely helpful and really friendly. The villa location is great and the amenities in the villa were fabulous. I would recommend this villa and algarve vacation as they provide an excellent service. Thank you.

We recently stayed with friends at this lovely villa. The booking process was easy, and directions given for arrival were easy to follow. We loved the fact that Bruno was waiting for us to arrive to show us round and explain everything, so often yoursee more
We recently stayed with friends at this lovely villa. The booking process was easy, and directions given for arrival were easy to follow. We loved the fact that Bruno was waiting for us to arrive to show us round and explain everything, so often your just left a key and have to muddle through.
The kitchen was well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The pool was great, heated to a good temperature to allow us all to enjoy it. We loved everything about the villa. I would recommend this property for a familygroup holiday. |
