Villa Agadir is an elegant and spacious property in Albufeira, ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy memorable holidays in the Algarve. This modern villa offers all the comfort and amenities for a relaxing stay.
On the ground floor, there is a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, with a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a service toilet. The spacious and cosy living room has a sofa bed, a two-seater sofa and two armchairs, creating a perfect space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher, ideal for preparing meals with convenience.
On the first floor, there are three additional suites. A twin suite with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower base, and two suites (one twin and one double) both with private bathrooms with bathtubs. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
The lower floor has a garage and a ping pong table, ensuring extra fun for guests.
Outside, the heatable pool (available at an additional cost) stands out, perfect for refreshing dips all year round. The leisure area includes a barbecue, sun loungers and a dining table for 8 people, ideal for outdoor meals.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking, upon request. We can also help organise transfers, if necessary.
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional value will be charged that includes an additional bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies / toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a pleasure, and the inviting living area was perfect for leisurely evenings.
The outdoor space, featuring a heated pool and a lovely barbecue area, allowed us to enjoy the beautiful Algarve weather while dining alfresco. The villa’s proximity to the attractions of Albufeira made it easy to explore the area at our leisure. We would gladly return to Villa Agadir for another memorable holiday experience. |
