Townhouse Aqua-Maris is a stylish 6-bedroom holiday home in the heart of Tavira, just steps from the river and close to the beach. Recently renovated, it offers two floors and a panoramic rooftop terrace, perfect for family or group holidays.
The house has 6 bedrooms: 3 with double beds, 2 with twin beds, and 1 with a single bed. There are 4 bathrooms with showers (2 en-suite).
On the first floor, you’ll find 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), a twin room, and another bathroom. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the living/dining area with access to a balcony overlooking Tavira’s charming old town. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room/kitchen, and TV with national and international channels are included. A laundry room with washer is also on this floor.
Upstairs, there’s 1 double en-suite, 1 twin, 1 single room, and another bathroom. The rooftop terrace features a barbecue, ceramic hob, fridge, sink, table and chairs, parasol, and stunning city views – ideal for outdoor dining.
Located near Tavira Castle and the Gilão River, where you can catch a ferry to Tavira Island. The beautiful beaches of Terra Estreita, Barril, and Ilha de Tavira are also within easy reach.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
Prices for up to 11 people.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and the rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the town. Perfect spot for exploring Tavira and the nearby beaches.

We had a wonderful time in Tavira, and Aqua-Maris was the perfect base. The house is large, clean and extremely well equipped. We loved having multiple bathrooms, which made everything easier with a big group. The rooftop terrace with a barbecue and see more

Being able to walk everywhere was a real plus. Would definitely come back.

The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre of Tavira, close to the river, restaurants and ferry to the beach. We didn’t need a car at all. Highly recommended!
