On the ground floor, there is a dining room, a cosy living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a social bathroom and a veranda with barbecue and outdoor dining table.
On the upper floor, the master suite has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. There is also a double room, a room with bunk bed and single bed, as well as a common bathroom with bathtub. A balcony with sea view and seating area completes the environment.
All rooms have air conditioning and guests can enjoy the common areas of the condominium, which include a shared pool for adults and children and an outdoor games area.
With private parking and public parking options nearby, the Townhouse Ocean Joy offers convenience and accessibility. Perfect for families and groups, this house is the ideal retreat in the Algarve. Book now and create unforgettable memories!
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking, upon request. We can also help organise transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change days for this property are Saturday and Sunday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
Group security deposit: subject to approval with a deposit of €175 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
