The Townhouse Cayman is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve, offering comfort, leisure, and a prime location. Situated in the prestigious Ponta Grande Resort, this charming property is just a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute walk from São Rafael Beach, one of the most stunning in the region.
On the ground floor, the townhouse features a bright dining area with pool views, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, and a bathroom with a shower. The private balcony, with a dining table and pool view, is the perfect spot to enjoy the Algarve’s warm climate.
The upper floor offers two comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed and another with two single beds – along with a bathroom with a bathtub.
Guests can also take advantage of the resort’s fantastic facilities, including a swimming pool for adults and a separate children's pool, a playground, a tennis court, mini golf, and life-sized games, ensuring fun for all ages.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: €180 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
Prices for up to 4 people.
The 5th and 6th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
