Let yourself be enveloped by the modern luxury of this fully renovated apartment, featuring two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms connects to the balcony, shared with the living room, providing the perfect panoramic view of the beach and blue sea.
In addition to the two bedrooms, the apartment includes two bathrooms - one service bathroom and another properly equipped with a shower. The open-plan design harmoniously integrates the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and television, ensuring a relaxing space to enjoy your favourite programmes. A well-equipped dining area, with table and chairs, invites you to enjoy meals with your loved ones.
The kitchen, a culinary refuge, is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, including stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dishwasher, among others. Every detail has been carefully considered to enhance your overall experience.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €100 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking handling, insurance, and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 4 people.
For the 5th and 6th persons, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
