On the main floor, guests can enjoy a cozy living room with a sofa bed, TV, and access to a charming balcony, perfect for unwinding. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, and sandwich maker, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
Downstairs, you'll find a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a second balcony. For added convenience, this floor also features a fridge.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi, providing a comfortable stay year-round.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
