CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Algarve Vacation and our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property.
Apartment Maupiti is a fantastic property located right in the heart of the Old Town, just 200 meters from the famous Fisherman's beach (Praia dos Pescadores). With an unbeatable location, within short walking distance you can find a selection of fabulous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the famous square, filled with shops, craftsmen and entertainment.
This fabulous 2-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor (with lift access), with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.
Both bedrooms are bright and spacious, with a double bed and a lovely balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there are 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite) both with baths and overhead showers. The spacious and vibrant living / dining room includes a lounging and dining area with comfortable seating, leading onto a wonderful balcony with breath-taking views of the town to wake up to and take in throughout the day.
The apartment has access to a wonderful pool area with sunbeds and incredible views over the Old Town.
A private parking space is also available.
Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this.
With an incredible location, this property has all you need for a relaxing holiday within a short walk and is perfect for those who wish to leave the car at home, enjoy the beautiful beaches and explore the town.
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)
Breakage Deposit Groups: €120 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts
Prices up to 4 people.
The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week)."
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

Once we arrived the apartment was what was stated... it was great, clean and well equiped, located in a very nice complex. We will be back for sure.
