The Jamaica Apartment is a charming apartment with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and located in a private condominium with a large swimming pool for adults and children, 2 terraces, and a barbecue area.
This stunning apartment benefits from its proximity to everything you need for a relaxing holiday - beautiful golden sandy beaches, bars, diverse restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks, supermarkets. It is a short walk from the centre of Olhos d'Agua, just 300 metres (3 minutes walking). A car is not necessary unless you want to explore the Algarve in its entirety.
The Jamaica Apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with a barbecue and a cosy living room with direct access to another terrace where you can have an outdoor meal and other leisure activities while enjoying the sea and pool view. Ideal for relaxing family holidays.
There is no need to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 4 people.
For the 5th and 6th persons, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
