CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Algarve Vacation and our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property.
Ipanema 1 is a superb and tastefully furnished 2-bedroom apartment, located in the beautiful complex of “Quinta Pedra dos Bicos”. The location of Ipanema 1 is without a doubt one of its best attributes, as it benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing family holiday.
Sleeping 5 + 1 people and including free wi-fi, this wonderful apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a bath and overhead shower and another with a bath and separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and a bright and well-decorated living / dining room invites you to relax and enjoy a meal. There are also several sunny balconies with outdoor seating where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in the sun.
In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building.
The property is very well located, as it’s in Santa Eulália, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip.
Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 5 people.
The 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.*
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
