The Caracas 2 Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment, located in a recently built complex in Albufeira. Due to the proximity of all essential amenities, this apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, the perfect choice for a stress-free holiday.
This superb apartment can accommodate 4 + 2 people, located on the first floor, with access by elevator and stairs, featuring 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with a bathtub and shower and another with a shower), a spacious dining/living room with a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for sunbathing and an outdoor meal.
The Caracas 2 apartment also offers free internet, air conditioning, and a private outdoor parking for cars.
The inviting common outdoor pool is ideal for sunbathing, tanning, and relaxing.
Due to the central location of this apartment, all amenities are within a short distance, as well as a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, beaches, with the nearest one (Alemães beach) just a 12-minute walk away.
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €130 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 4 people.
For the 5th and 6th persons, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

This is a superb apartment. It benefits with two large rooms, one ensuite with bath. Two large balconies so guaranteed sun throughout the whole day. Kitchen facilities excellent with all amenities provided. Extra touches with bottle of wine and chocosee more

Kitchen facilities excellent with all amenities provided. Extra touches with bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival. Fantastic pool with plenty of sun loungers. Apartment in a gated community which is quiet and safe. Near to some excellent restaurants and bars ideal location.

We found this beautiful apartment very well located, well kept and very clean. We were welcomed by a rep that was already waiting for us at the gate. Very friendly and funny. During our stay, Joana, called us just to check if we were enjoying our stay. Nearby the apartment, we had everything we needed for our vacation… supermarket, restaurants, bakery. We had the chance to visit some friends that took us to Monchique mountain for a great meal. The weather was nice but cold at night. |

We had a wonderful stay at Caracas 2 apartment. This apartment was ideal for the two of us although it does sleep up to 6. The apartment was well maintained and clean. The location is great and very quiet. We could walk to the several restaurants, bars and of course to the beach as well. Myself and my partner have been in the Algarve many other times, but I need to say that this apartment is the best one I have been so far. Bruno, the local representative was very helpful. We will be back again
