Description
CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Algarve Vacation and our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property.
Apartment Bohol 2 is a cosy holiday apartment located in the quiet Villa Alba complex. Perfect for couples or a few friends, the property is only a 15-minute walk away from the centre of Albufeira and just a few minutes’ drive away from some of the best golden sandy beaches in the area.
This 1-bedroom apartment is located on the lower floor (stair access), with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and a bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be converted into a double bed). A comfortable living / dining room leads onto a spacious balcony with direct access to the gardens and swimming pools. Sunbeds and a table and chairs are provided for sunbathing and enjoying meals al fresco.
Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air-conditioning in the bedroom.
The complex itself is quiet and well-kept with lovely gardens, a large communal pool and a small children’s pool.
The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.
Car hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

• Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €130 per person (payable by credit card only)
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.
Prices up to 2 people.
The 3rd and 4th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
