CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Algarve Vacation and our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property.
Bella Vista 3 is a bright and spacious apartment, located in a beautiful and quiet complex of 5 apartments with a large communal pool, well-kept gardens and sea-views. The property is within walking distance of the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Castelo, Coelha, Evaristo, and within a 10-minute drive of Albufeira.
Located on the first floor (with stair access), this 2-bedroom apartment (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds) has a spacious living / dining room, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with wonderful views to the sea and pool area, perfect for enjoying an al fresco meal with family or friends.
Bella Vista 3 also benefits from free wi-fi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and a shared laundry room.
The shared outdoor area offers a large swimming pool, a well-maintained garden, communal barbecue and several sunbeds to relax around the swimming pool. There is also free parking within the complex.
The property is within a short walking distance to several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as beautiful beaches. Additionally, the town of Albufeira is within just a 10-minute drive, where you can find banks and a variety of shops / shopping centres, as well as the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
