The Atlantic Sea apartment is a charming 1-bedroom holiday apartment, located on top of a hill offering panoramic views over Albufeira's historic centre and Oura. Ideal for couples, small families, or friends, the apartment has access to shared pools and is a short walk from all essential amenities.
With capacity for 2+3 people, the apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower.
The main living room is bright and multifunctional, including an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living area with a television. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
A small balcony is accessed from the living room, where you can enjoy meals with a wonderful view over the city and sea.
The Atlantic Sea apartment is situated in a fantastic complex, with shared facilities to be enjoyed during your stay, including 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, jacuzzi, a tennis court, and a gym. The apartment benefits from its proximity to all amenities you may need for a relaxing holiday, including shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, and beautiful sandy beaches.
No car rental is necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 2 people.
From the 3rd to the 5th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
