A Algarve Vacation encontra-se profundamente empenhada na promoção de opções de alojamento sustentável, em estreita colaboração com os nossos estimados proprietários. A nossa dedicada missão em prol da responsabilidade ambiental é testemunho desse compromisso.
A Villa Bermudas é uma encantadora casa de férias com 4 quartos, localizada na Quinta da Balaia, a apenas 5 minutos de carro das melhores praias da região. Com um ambiente relaxante, é a escolha perfeita para as suas férias.
Dispõe de 4 quartos (1 en-suite), 4 casas de banho, ar condicionado e roupeiros embutidos. A cozinha está totalmente equipada e a moradia conta com duas amplas salas de estar e jantar, com sofás confortáveis, TV com canais nacionais e internacionais e acesso direto à piscina e zona de churrasco.
No exterior, poderá desfrutar da piscina privada (aquecimento opcional) e da área de churrasco, ideal para refeições ao ar livre com família e amigos.
Situada numa zona residencial tranquila, a propriedade fica perto do centro de Albufeira, Rua dos Bares, Praia da Oura e Olhos de Água, com fácil acesso a praias, lojas, restaurantes e campos de golfe.
Perfeita para quem procura tranquilidade, sem abdicar da proximidade a todas as comodidades e às deslumbrantes praias do Algarve.
Não é necessário alugar um carro, mas, se preferir, teremos todo o gosto em ajudá-lo(a) com a reserva, mediante solicitação. Também podemos ajudar a organizar transfers, caso seja necessário.
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas são fixas e ambos não respeitarem o dia de mudança da propriedade, antes de proceder à reserva, por favor envie-nos um pedido de informação para podermos confirmar se as suas datas podem ser aceites.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Caução de grupos: €200 por pessoa (pagamento por cartão de crédito/débito). Existem algumas restrições para reservas de grupos.
Será aplicada uma taxa de tratamento de reserva, seguro e arquivo de 2,9% sobre o montante total de todos os pagamentos: valores da reserva (depósito e saldo final), caução, transfer, extras e excursões. Por favor, note que esta taxa não é reembolsável, incluindo para a caução.
Preços até 8 pessoas.
Da 9ª à 12ª pessoas será cobrado um valor de adicional que inclui uma cama adicional (apenas €105 cada, por semana) ou, no caso de crianças pequenas (bebés / crianças pequenas), um berço (apenas €21 cada, por semana).

The house offers plenty of space for larger families or groups, and the layout makes it easy to enjoy time together while still having privacy when needed. The pool was a highlight, we opted for the heating and it was absolutely worth it. The barbecue area and outdoor dining space were used daily, and the overall atmosphere was so peaceful. Its location close to Praia da Oura and Olhos de Água gave us plenty of options for beach days and dining out. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bermudas. The villa is bright, airy, and very well maintained. It has a lovely flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces, with the pool area easily accessible from the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable even on warmer days. The area is calm and residential, but in just a few minutes we could reach shops, restaurants, and some of the Algarve’s best beaches. It’s the kind of place you book and don’t want to leave.

We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area, the private pool and BBQ space were where we spent most of our time. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the centre of Albufeira and beautiful beaches. It offered the perfect balance between relaxation and easy access to activities.
